Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the footwear is unworn, in original condition, and placed back in its original TLB Mallorca box with all protective dust bags included.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier point, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
